PURPOSE:To obtain the superconducting material capable of passing only a signal in the specified frequency band among the signals having various frequencies by adjusting the ratio of the (c) axis orientation of the crystal grain in the oxide superconductor. CONSTITUTION:The ratio of the (c) axis orientation of the small single crystal piece of the aggregate of the crystallites characteristic of an oxide is adjusted to a specified value in the oxide superconductor. The dependence of the Meissner effect of the superconductor on the frequency is changed by the adjustment, and a signal in the specified frequency band among the signals having various frequencies is passed, which is never realized so far. The (c) axis orientation of the crystal is adjusted in the case of a sintered body, for example, by changing the pressure when the body is pressed, and the orientation ratio is changed by drawing, etc., in the case of a wire and by adjusting the temp. in the case of a thin film. A wave filter capable of taking out an AC signal in the specified frequency band from the AC signals having various frequencies is provided by this invention. |
