PURPOSE:To alleviate the load of an operator by recognizing an increase, an alteration of stored facility data in an operating and monitoring computer system of a power system, and locking the monitoring and the operating of a facility to be locked and recognized for the alteration. CONSTITUTION:Information from an information transmitter 9 is input to monitoring means 2 through an I/O 1 to be analyzed, and informed to an operator by man-machine means MM5. In this case, the I/O 1 and the means 2 are processed by attribute data defined by a facility data storage unit 4. The process of the operator is processed by the MM5, processed by an operation controller 3, processed by the I/O 1, and transmitted to a transmitter 9. The deletion and alteration of the data of the unit 4 are processed by the MM5, received by facility data maintenance means through processing means 6, and the operation and monitor of the facility the data on which is altered are locked. Thus, the stopping period of a computer is shortened to alleviate the load of the operator. |
