PURPOSE:To realize the use of an optical disk at high-speed rotation by spreading photosetting resin between a supporting body and a transfer pattern, disposing an optical flat plate above the supporting body, inspecting flatness of the supporting body by an interference pattern, and then curing the resin to eliminate minute ruggedness on the supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The supporting body 11 and the transfer pattern 13 are disposed in parallel and the photosetting resin 12 is provided between them. The optical flat plate 15 is disposed above the supporting body 11, which is irradiated with laser beam 20 from a He-Ne laser 16 through a diffusion plate 17. Light reflected from the surface of the photosetting resin 12 and light from the optical flat 15 produce an interference fringe, which can be observed with a monitor 19 to inspect flatness of the supporting body 11. When flatness of the supporting body is regarded as acceptable, UV ray is made to irradiate to cure the resin 12. After the supporting body 11 and the resin 12 are made in one body, they are peeled off from the transfer pattern 13 to produce the optical disk. |
