PURPOSE:To simplify a loading system for initial program of an IO processor by storing an IO processor program into a part of a memory space to which an access is possible via an MPU. CONSTITUTION:At the side of an MPU, the working of an IOP 21 is discontinued by a load program 12a via an IOP reset register 31. Then an IOP program 13a is loaded into a real memory space 13 for IOP from a file 30 via the program 12a. Then the program 12a resets the register 31. As a result, the IOP 21 starts its working and outputs the normal address data. This address data is converted into an address of a memory space of an MPU by a conversion circuit 22 and has an access to the space 13. Thus the programs received the accesses from the corresponding address in an address are successively read out.
