<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate adsorption material in a dry state to raise recovery efficiency of alcohol and to improve quality of recovered organic fluorocarbon by providing an adsorption material of monolith molding whose main component is active carbon and heat supply member bonded to said adsorption material. CONSTITUTION:Adsorption materials 2a of monolith molding whose main component is active carbon and heat supply members 2b, e.g. sheet-like heater, bonded to the adsorption materials are provided. Consequently, excellent adsorption capabilities for solvents such as fluorocarbon can be achieved. Since the adsorption materials 2a are made from monolith molding composed of active carbon having good heat transfer property and the materials 2a are heated and/or cooled by means of the heat supply members 2b to accomplish adsorption and desorption (regeneration) of fluorocarbon, wherein steam is not directly applied to the adsorption materials, thereby eliminating various disadvantages caused by the use of steam. That is, waste water treatment can be simplified, generation of oxygen can be prevented, recovery efficiency of alcohol is improved, and quality of recovered organic fluorocarbon can be improved.</p> |
