PURPOSE:To calcine the sintered body of ceramics at a good yield by providing a tacky adhesive layer on the rear surface of the bottom of a foam segmented by integrally providing a partition wall in the bottom part fixably by means of a setter. CONSTITUTION:This calcination matting of ceramics is the matting to be placed with bodies to be calcined consisting of the molding of ceramics powder and is formed by providing the tacky adhesive layer on the rear surface of the form segmented by integrally providing the partition wall in the bottom plate part so that the bodies an be fixed to the setter. The above-mentioned calcination matting can be imposed with the bodies to be calcined at the good yield based on the excellent cushion property of the foam by using the foam. The easy integral molding of the partition to prevent the fusion of the adjacent bodies to be calcined is possible as well. Further, the rampageous phenomenon of the foam at the time of thermal decomposition is prevented and the damage, etc., of the bodies to be calcined by the falling down, etc., thereof is prevented by fixing the bodies to be calcined to the setter via the tacky adhesive layer provided on the rear surface and subjecting the same to a calcination treatment. |
