PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of power supply by regulating the power supply output current based on information fed from a temperature sensor fixed to a radiator for cooling a power semiconductor. CONSTITUTION:When power supplies 1, 2 are operating in parallel through a parallel operation controller 11, a temperature sensor 5 converts surface temperature information of a radiator 3 for cooling a power semiconductor into a voltage signal which is then fed to the parallel operation controller 11. A temperature sensor 6 converts the surface temperature information of the radiator 4 into a voltage signal which is then fed to the parallel operation controller 11. The parallel operation controller 11 regulates output currents from the power supplies 1, 2 based on these signals and uniforming the surface temperature of the power supplies 1, 2 under parallel operation. |
