PURPOSE: To make an assembling operation simple and easy by holding a screw flexibly on a mounting plate at a mounting time in such a way that a projecting tip can be transferred inward and outward flexibly. CONSTITUTION: A screw 2 is offset from a hole 9. In order to make mounting of an object on a mounting plate possible, a holding element 5 is designed in such a way that a projecting tip of the screw can be transferred inward flexibly. Once the mounting plate approaches at a finishing position, the screw is transferred outward flexibly and the tip thereof enters in the screw hole 9 so that the mounting plate is fixed automatically at the finishing position.
