发明名称 SYNDIOTACTIC POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain syndiotactic polypropylene resin composition having excellent impact resistance and transparency by polymerizing propylene alone at first to obtain syndiotactic polypropylene and polymerizing with ethylene and propylene. CONSTITUTION:(A) Substantially propylene alone is polymerized using catalyst giving highly syndiotactic polypropylene, e.g. isopropyl(cyclopentadienyl-1- fluorenyl)hafnium dichloride and methylaluminoxane to obtain polypropylene having >=0.7 ratio of peak intensity of syndiotactic pentad bonding of methyl group to peak intensity of whole methyl group in a spectrum measured by <13>C-NMR and then (B) resultant polypropylene is polymerized with ethylene and propylene in a molar ratio of 15/85-85/15, preferably 20/80-80/20 to afford a resin composition composed of propylene homopolymer and copolymer of ethylene and propylene.
