PURPOSE:To decrease all link start programs and simultaneously to easily change the programs by preparing the files to store the link information and the link conditions respectively and performing the link control via the link start based on the coincidence between the set information and the file contents. CONSTITUTION:The link information on a program A, etc., of a link start are stored in a file 21, and the link conditions, the program name of a link goal is stored in a file 13. A program link control means 11 reads the contents of both files and decides the link information and the link conditions based on the prescribed conditions to secure the linkage to a program C where the program A is read. Under such conditions, the link goal, etc., can be changed by rewriting a file 31. Then the link process programs can be removed out of all link start programs. Consequently, all link start programs are decreased and the link goals and the program names can be easily changed with the rewriting of files.
