PURPOSE:To perform optimal and rational operation by setting upper and lower allowable control targets, then operating all the combination of control targets and selecting such combination of control targets that the number of control target and the control amount can be minimized. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower control targets are set for a control target 43. First time combination of control target is determined and a sum SIGMAP of power values is calculated. If the sum SIGMAP of power value is within the upper and lower control targets, the number of control target is compared with that stored in a control target storage memory FSUU. If there is an identical number of control target, the sum SIGMAP of power value is compared with the sum PL of control target power then a judgement is made whether it is closer to the lower target. If it is closer to the lower target, the sum SIGMAP of power value is stored in a sum memory. |
