<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the difference of the overrun value due to the directional error caused at positioning and to attain an accurate positioning operation by changing the timing which reduces the moving speed in accordance with the starting direction to a target position. CONSTITUTION:A tape driving part 3 includes a position detecting part 3a, a moving part 3b, and a driving part 3c and transmits the end and head detecting signals to a control part 5 via a line l2. The part 3a consists of a rotary encoder. The part 3b drives reversely a motor and reduces the applied electric field if the part 3b senses the encoder data when it turns clockwise toward a target position. Then the part 3b stops the motor and stops at the target position when the boundary of the encoder data is detected. Meanwhile the part 3b detects the encoder data which accelerates the electric power reducing timing compared with the clockwise turn of the part 3b when the part 3b turns counterclockwise toward the target position. At this time point, the electric power is reduced and the motor is stopped when the boundary of the encoder data is detected. Thus an accurate positioning operation is secured even with bidirectional revolutions of the motor.</p> |
