<p>PURPOSE:To more easily adhere the dental plate and resin than in the case of bringing an anchor into sliding contact by molding a metallic plate to such a shape as to come into tight contact with the palate to prepare a stock plate for the dental plate, then thermally spraying and fixing metallic particles to the resin adhering layer of the stock plate. CONSTITUTION:The metallic plate 6 consisting of Ti, etc., is molded to the palate shape to prepare the stock plate for the dental plate. The metallic particles 9 of Ti metal, etc., are then fixed by thermal spraying to the resin adhering surface of the stock plate. The mechanical binding strength to the resin is greatly increased by fixing the metallic particles to the resin adhering surface of the stock plate for the dental plate in such a manner. In addition, the problem of surface roughening of the dental plate as in the case of welding the anchor thereto is eliminated by utilizing the thermal spraying method.</p> |
