VEGETABLE STOCK ROOM

摘要

PURPOSE:To keep vegetables fresh over a long period by keep the temperature in a vegetable-accommodating room uniform using a temperature-uniformalizing unit while cooling a vegetable-accommodating room to a prescribed temperature. CONSTITUTION:A vegetable-accommodating room 1 is cooled to 0-2 deg.C using a cooling unit (A) and the temperature in the accommodating room 1 is kept uniform using a temperature-uniformalizing fan 4. Vegetables are uniformly kept at a low temperature and can be kept fresh over a long period as respiration of the vegetables is repressed. Thereby, the vegetables can be kept long.
