PURPOSE:To eliminate software specification analysis executed with a software developing designer by paying special attention to the noun of a software specification described by natural language, and offering information by investigating automatically the influencing range or the degree of influence of data. CONSTITUTION:In an influencing range deciding part 31, as complying with the information related to the noun appearing in the software specification stored in a data accumulation part 2, other noun in respect of the nouns appearing there by a sentence unit is obtained as the noun related to the noun, and this noun is detected respectively as the information of the influencing range of the noun. Besides, in the degree of influence deciding part 32, as complying with the information related to the noun appearing in the software specification stored in the accumulation part 2, the number of other nouns related to the noun in respect of the nouns appearing there by the sentence unit is obtained as the information of the degree of influence exercised by the noun. In an information offering part 3 to manage and control the deciding parts 31, 32, for instance, the influencing range and the degree of influence of each noun are compared with each other, and these nouns are re-arranged in the order of the broadness of the influencing range and the highness of the degree of influence, and are outputted as a noun list.
