The band is generally U-shaped with a locking mechanism 2; 3 at each end. One of the arms is constituted by two partitions delimiting between them a longitudinal groove in which a board is housed. Each locking mechanism can move about a pin between the two arms of the band, and includes a locking tooth interacting with a board guide; it also includes a notched fork, each arm of which engages in a housing in the front face of the band.
