DECORATIVE LAMINATED SHEET AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative laminated sheet with a pretty uneven pattern applied thereon without damaging a fancy plywood by sticking paper on a base plate via an adhesive incorporating thermoplastic resin as a main component and furthermore laminating and sticking the fancy plywood thereon via the adhesive an performing uneven embossing work of the arbitrary pattern on the surface of the fancy plywood. CONSTITUTION:Paper 3 is laminated and stuck on a base plate 1 via an adhesive 2 incorporating thermoplastic resin as a main component. Then a fancy plywood 5 is laminated on this paper via the adhesive 4 and thermally contact- bonded to the paper stuck on the base plate. Simultaneously embossing work 6 is performed on the fancy plywood. The paper and the fancy plywood are not broken in such a production as this decorative laminated sheet because the adhesive is melted and plasticized even when it is caused that the base plate such as plywood is broken at a time of thermal contact bonding. Further the broken part is solidified by the adhesive and therefore retrogression of the applied embossing work can be inhibited.
