PURPOSE:To warm up unvulcanized rubber uniformly by using a core of heat pipe structure and inject the unvulcanized rubber to a hollow section and then heat vulcanizing. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 is provided with a hollow section 2 corresponding to the outer shape of a product to be molded and an injection opening 10 for injecting unvulcanized robber or the like. A core 4 is set in the given position in the hollow section 2 of a mold 1 and the mold 1 is heated to heat vulcanize the unvulcanized rubber 30 in the hollow section 2. At that time, one end 42 adhered closely to the mold 1 of the core 4 of heat pipe structure is heated, and working fluid E is evaporated in said end section to absorb heat. On the other hand, evaporated working fluid E is transferred to the other end section 41 projecting into the hollow section 2 of the core 4 because of the pressure difference and condensed therein to discharge heat. Thus, the unvulcanized rubber 30 in the hollow section 2 is heat vulcanized by the heat from the outer peripheral section generated by heating the mold 1 and the heat from the inside of the core 4 because of the heat pipe action. |
