PURPOSE:To attain various kinds of mail service by depositing a mail as a center deposit mail when the communication of a terminal equipment to be distributed is disabled so as to extract the mail subjected to center deposit from other mail communication terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a mail cannot be sent to a receiving terminal equipment, a center deposit management table having a function depositing the mail in a center equipment is provided to send the mail after the restoration of the terminal equipment or to allow other terminal equipment to extract the mail, and mails are managed classified for each mailing rule or terminal equipment.
