<p>PURPOSE:To reduce variation in source voltage with a gate voltage by laminat ing a gate bus line for correction on a gate bus line across an insulating film and leading its one end out independently to a substrate end part on the opposite side from the lead-out end of a corresponding gate bus line. CONSTITUTION:The gate bus line GBi' is laminated on the gate bus line GBi across the insulating film 1 and the extension part of this gate bus line for correction is led out to the opposite side of each thin film transistor(TR) of a corresponding line on the opposite side from the gate electrode G of the source and drain electrodes S and D across the insulating film 1. Therefore, when a selective scanning signal Vci applied from the gate bus line GBi turns off, the source voltage varies, but variation of a correction signal VGi ' applied from the gate bus line GBi' for correction cancel the variation of the source voltage to eliminate the variation. Consequently, the variation of the gate bus line voltage does not affect a display.</p> |
