The power cylinder (1) has a longitudinal slot through which the piston is attached to a slider. The cylinder is held in place by an anchor plate (5) which has tapped holes to receive the fixing bolts. The anchor plate is fitted in a longitudinal slot (8) in the outside surface of the cylinder wall. This slot has an undercut along one side which enables the anchor plate to be inserted and then pulled into a position in which it abuts against two internal ledges (13, 14). The anchor plate enables the position of the cylinder to be adjusted in the longitudinal direction. USE - Slit type power cylinders.
