Eccentric press with stroke adjustment - with turning of eccentric bush resulting in automatic balancing

The press has stroke adjustment and mechanical balancing. It has an excentricshaft (5) with two excentric sections (6,9), and an excentric bush (7). The bush is connected via a transmission to a balance mass (10), also located on the shaft. The eccentricities (e1,e2) of the two shaft sections are of the same size. A centric section (14) between the two carries an external toothed gear (15). Balance mas and bush each have an internally toothed hollow gear (11,12), meshing with the externally toothed gear. USE/ADVANTAGE - Eccentric press has adjustable stroke.
