<p>PURPOSE:To attain restart when the oscillation of an oscillator is stopped by any shock or the like to prevent a function from being stopped by applying power supply voltage from a voltage generating means to a clock generating means after starting the clock generating means when start is instructed by an instructing means. CONSTITUTION:In a medium having a control element 28 to execute its operation by a battery 25 included in its inside, a clock signal is generated by a clock generating means 34 and a power supply voltage lower than the power supply voltage of the battery 25 is generated by a voltage generating means. When the start of the means 34 is instructed, the power supply voltage from the battery 25 is applied to the clock generating means 34, and after starting the means 34, the power supply voltage from the voltage generating means is applied to the means 34. Even when the oscillation of the oscillation circuit is stopped by any shock or the like in a circuit reduced at its current consumption, the oscillation can be restarted, and the stop of the function can be suppressed.</p> |
