The right auditory channel, receiving the sounds uttered by the person with a speech defect, leads directly to the auditory rentrum of the left side of the brain. The amplified sound is fed to the auditory channel via a body sound transducer mounted behind the right ear. A miniature microphone (3) is built into a spectacles frame (1). An imbedded lead (4) supplies the output to an amplifier (6) for the transudcer (7). The output power of the amplifier is adjustable. The transducer is inserted at the end of the right side piece (5) of the spectacles. The frequency path of the amplifier that the wearer finds particularly difficult to articulate.
