<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a steel plate for precision blanking with superior suitability to composite processing and hardening by short-time rapid heating by adding prescribed percentages of C, Si, Mn, Cr, B, Al and Ti and by optionally carrying out hot working at a prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:A steel contg., by weight, 0.08-0.19% C, <=0.5% Si, 0.7-1.5% Mn, 0.05-0.8% Cr, 0.0005-0.005% B and <=0.08% Al or further, contg. <=0.05% Ti is refined. A billet of the steel is optionally heated to a temp. in the austenite range and hot rolled at 800-950 deg.C finishing temp. and 530-690 deg.C coiling temp.</p> |
