PURPOSE:To improve the scratche resistance of the steel material concerned while keeping favorable workability by a method wherein rigid resin layer is formed in the form of independent spots on the polyvinyl chloride resin film of polyvinyl chloride resin clad steel material. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting type paint or radiation curing type paint, for example, is applied on the polyvinyl chloride resin film of polyvinyl chloride clad steel plate. In this case, as the thermosetting type paint, acrylic resin-based paint, for example, is used and, as the radiation curing type paint, ultraviolet- curing type paint such as acrylic paint, polyester-based rein paint or the like, electron radiation-curing type paint such as epoxy-based paint or the like, is used. The above-mentioned paint is applied in the form of fine independent spots by means of silk screen printing or the like, for example. The applied paint is cured through heating and the irradiation of radiation or the like. The preferable distribution of spot rigid resin layer is mesh-like one having spots, each of which is smaller than 5mm. |
