<p>PURPOSE:To contrive prevention of damage of a bellows in a high frequency region, when pulsation is generated, by partitioning gas and fluid chambers with high and low rigidity elastic films respectively while providing a frequency detecting means and an expansion restricting means for the low rigidity elastic film. CONSTITUTION:A gas chamber 10 and a fluid chamber 12 are divided by bellows 14, 15 with the gas chamber 10 sealed with gas of predetermined seal pressure and the fluid chamber 12 connected to a fluid route. The bellows are constituted of the bellows 14 of high rigidity elastic film and the bellows 15 of low rigidity elastic film, while a rotary speed sensor 19, which serves as a frequency detecting means for detecting a pulsation transmitted to fluid in the fluid chamber 10 in the predetermined frequency region, is provided. Further an advance- retracting cylinder 13 for restricting expansion-contraction of the bellows 15, when the pulsation is detected in the predetermined frequency region by the rotary speed sensor 19, coil 17 and a controller 20 are provided. As a result, a hazard of damage in the bellows can be reduced.</p> |
