<p>PURPOSE:To simplify operation for dispensing a toll and to prevent malfunction by executing reloading by a reload operating means although a reload signal is applied to a card when the signal of a remained use frequency stored in the card is applied to a card processor. CONSTITUTION:Only by passing through a gate mechanism 11 for a user while putting a card 1 in a pocket, etc., a transmission signal is received in a card processor 10. However, a change-over switch 30 is turned ON by an operation switch 31. The processor 10 decides the presence and absence of the remained use frequency, identification data are checked. When the data are normal, the data are stored in a RAM 22. Further, the remained use frequency is subtracted and the reload signal is transmitted to the card 1 together with date / time data from a timer 24. With the completion of the reception, a door 25 is opened and the customer is passed. When there is no remained use frequency, the identification data are abnormal or the switch 30 is turned OFF, it is warned that the card can not be used. When the user just passes near the mechanism 11, the switch 30 is turned OFF and the malfunction is prevented.</p> |
