PURPOSE:To rapidly remove powder by opposing a sandblasting device to a conveyor and providing a sandblasting part in the device on the upstream side of the conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A casket 11 is conveyed by a conveyor 10, and sand is blasted onto the entire casket 11 from the sandblasting nozzle 14 of the sandblasting device 12. Consequently, the powder, etc., firmly attached to the casket 11 are released. High-pressure air is then blown against the entire casket 11 from the first sir blowing pipe 15 of the device 12, and the powder, sand, etc., depositing on the casket 11 are blown off. The materials are collected by a suction-type dust collector 18. The casket is fully automatically cleaned in this way while being conveyed. |
