PURPOSE:To obtain a slurry type electrode plate with uniform coating thickness by forming a portion of a slitter at least in contact with a slurry material with a polymer material with the contact angle against water 90 deg. or above. CONSTITUTION:When the slitter surface is constituted with a material with the contact angle against water below 90 deg., slurry fluidity is reduced with time, lump grains are generated, and coating thickness is made nonuniform as a result. Polytetra fluoroethylene is most preferable for a material with the contact angle against water 90 deg. or above. It is more preferable to form the whole surface of the slitter in contact with slurry with the above material. When the slurry material is fed through the slitter covered with a film made of polytetra fluoroethylene with the thickness 0.08mm on the whole surface 1a of the slitter made of SUS 304 stainless steel of a substrate 1b, the layer thickness of the slurry material can be unified. |
