<p>An improved sheet-folding device for a printing machine, consisting of a cylinder (2) having a bearing shaft (3), a corresponding inner flange (4) and a corresponding outer flange (5) of disc shape being arranged on the sides of the cylinder, and one flange (4) receiving the fixedly arranged gripper jaws (7) and the other flange (5) receiving the moveable gripper jaws (8) of the gripper tongs (6) for the sheets, and these flanges being in effective connection with a continuous eccentric shaft (13) which has a drive end (14) projecting from the cylinder (1). Assigned to this drive end is a rotational drive (17, 18, 20, 21) which can be driven in both directions of rotation. The setting of the distance (d) between the jaws of the gripper tongues can be set via a presetting device (35), the presetting device interacts with an encoder (31) which is assigned to the eccentric shaft (13) and the drive assembly (17, 18, 20, 21). <IMAGE></p> |
