PURPOSE:To achieve a comfortable temperature distribution in a room by a method wherein an air heat source type heating and cooling apparatus is installed in an intermediate room located between a living room and an another living room on the lower floor, an outdoor air intake duct is provided on the upstream side of the apparatus, and a ventilation air exhaust duct is provided to connect a ventilation air vent and the outdoor air intake duct. CONSTITUTION:A ventilation air vent 12 is provided on the floor of a living room A, an air heat source type heating and cooling apparatus is installed in an intermediate room C located between said living room A and another living room B on the lower floor, and a ventilation air exhaust duct 13 is provided to connect the ventilation air vent 12 and an outdoor air intake duct 3 which is furnished on the upstream side of a heat source side heat exchanger 2 of the air source type heating and cooling apparatus 1. With this constitution, as cold air retained around the floor is exhausted as ventilation air during heating operation, an air current flowing from the ceiling 9 toward the floor 11 is developed in a room, causing warm air apt to stay around the ceiling to flow down. Thus, a uniform temperature distribution in the room can be achieved. |
