PURPOSE:To permit the paper sheets having different size to be transported one by one by installing a hook whose top edge is bent in two stages frontward at the top edge of a cassette and installing, at the front upper part of the cassette, a pressing plate whose top edge is turned upward and which turns, having the rear edge as fulcrum. CONSTITUTION:The bent point of the bent part 6' of a pressing plate is attached onto the uppermost position of a sheet body 10, which is pressed by the dead weight of the pressing plate 6. The sheet fed-out in this state by a feeding roller 5 advances with the top edge in the contact state with a separating hook 4, and the part at the slightly back from the top edge part of a sheet 12 is pressed by the bent part 6' of the pressing plate 6, and the sheet is transported forward. Even if a plural number of sheets are transported at a same time, the top edge of the uppermost sheet 12 is advanced in preference to the top edge of the lower sheet 13 by the oblique side part 4a of the separating hook 4, and the lower sheet can be separated certainly by the separating hook 4. For the sheet having a different size, a regulating plate 8 is slided, and the transport for paper sheet is performed in accordance with the size. |
