Improvements to patent of invention 8702021 for a new process for the preparation of pure sulphamide The desilylation reaction of N,N'- bistrimethylsilylsulphamide in the process for the preparation of pure sulphamide by reaction with a compound selected from water, acetic acid or hydrogen chloride, the corresponding silyl compounds formed being easily recovered by filtration or distillation, is described. The residue is purified by successive extractions with a C1-C8 alcohol, in order to obtain the pure sulphamide. The said sulphamide is used for the synthesis of H2-receptor antihistamines and cephalosporins.
