PURPOSE:To obtain a method which intensifies membrane structure and stably preserves liposome in a liquid state without flocculation at the time of preservation by adding diglycerm into a liposome dispersion having a sealing member. CONSTITUTION:The liposome formed by using natural or synthetic lipid is used. A membrane structure intensifying agent and charge imparting agent are added to the constituting components of the liposome membrane in some cases. Either or both of a hydrophilic drug and lipophilic drug are simultaneously used as the sealing member. These materials are prepd. into the liposome by a method, such vortexing method and sonication method. The prepd. liposome liquid is made into the state contg. the unsealed members as they are or the state of removing the unsealed members therefrom, then the diglycerm is added thereto. The amt. of the diglycerm in to be added is specified to 1 to 20 pts.vol. per 100 pts.vol. liposome dispersion. The flocculation is suppressed in this way at the time of preserving the liposome in the liquid state. |
