PURPOSE:To accurately move and stop a sensor to an arbitrary position in the measuring space in a blower, by providing moving units in an R-axis direction and a Z-axis direction between discs while the whole of the discs are rotated to be brought to a moving unit in a theta-direction. CONSTITUTION:A moving unit in a theta-direction is constituted by connecting discs 11, 12 by a plurality of bolts 13. The disc 12 constitutes a part of a blower casing and a measuring piercing hole 14 for moving and inserting a sensor 9 into the blower is provided to said disc 12 by drilling. In addition, moving units 4, 5 for moving the sensor 9 to an R-direction and a Z-direction are provided between the discs 11, 12 and respectively constituted so as to realize linear motion by drive motors 41, 51. |
