1275778 Dyeing polyamides BADISCHEANILIN- & SODA-FABRIK AG 10 Oct 1969 [12 Oct 1968] 49775/69 Heading D1B [Also in Division C4] Natural and synthetic polyamide materials are dyed with dyes of formula I in which R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may be substituted by alkoxy, chloro, bromo, carboxyl, amido, carbalkoxy or acetoxy group, or a cyclohexyl group, benzyl group or phenylethyl group, R<SP>1</SP> is a hydrogen atom or alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may be substituted by alkoxy, chloro, bromo, carboxyl, carbalkoxy, amido or acetoxy group, or R and R<SP>1</SP> together with the nitrogen atom denote the radical of a five- or six-membered heterocyclic ring, R<SP>2</SP> is a hydrogen atom or a methyl, or ethyl group, and R<SP>3</SP> is a hydrogen, chlorine or bromine atom or a methyl, ethyl, methoxy or ethoxy group. The dyes may be employed in the form of alkali metal or ammonium salts and give greenish yellow fluorescent dyeings on nylon 6 and nylon 66. |
