TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR CLEANSING OF BRICKS

The technological line is applied for the cleansing of bricks from demolished buildings during reconstruction and construction works. It provides quick and easy cleansing at high productivity rates. The line includes a cleansing device (9) consisting of combs (10) situated in pairs horizontally and vertically. Each comb (10) is elastically fitted in vertical leads (11), which are statically fixed via a heel to the body of the cleansing device (9). In front of the cleansing device (9) are situated: a conveyor belt (1) with a guide (3) and a sensor for length (4), as well as a bunker (5), at the upper section of which a reject valve (6) is fixed and its lower section is connected to a receiving mechanism (7) and a transmission device (8). Under the cleansing device (9) a mortar crusher (12), a sift with a bunker (13), and a removing belt (12) are situated in successive order. Each comb (10) consists of fixed at the front-end foundation (18) vertical blades (17). Prismatic transversal blades (19) are fitted at the rear end of the foundation (18).
