The large container has a sectional (13) outer casing (11) enclosing the interior. The casing sections (13) are joined so that each connection of one section (13) is detachably joined to the connection of the adjacent section (13). The connections are each formed of strip segments (23) each of which extends over the width of each section (13) of casing (11). Each strip segment (23) end is detachably joined to the strip segment end of the adjacent section (13), to form hinges each of which has a retractible pin. The outside of each casing section (13) has handles (39). USE/ADVANTAGE - The large-capacity container can quickly be assembled and dismantled by a small team, is lightweight and made of sections easily put together.
