WEAR- RESISTANT CAST- IRON

摘要

The cast-iron finds applications for the manufacture of cast and deformable items. The cast-iron is highly wear-resistant under conditions of abrasive wearing out and shock loads. The cast-iron contains carbon, silicon, manganese and vanadium and is additionally alloyed with nitrogen at the following ratio between the components in weight %: 1.5 - 3.8 carbon, 0.4 - 3.0 silicon, 5.0 - 24.0 manganese, 2.5 - 15.0 vanadium, 0.02 up to 1.6 nitrogen and the remainder is iron.
