PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic vessel having sufficient barrier properties and heat resistance by providing a polyethylene layer having a predetermined thickness as an innermost layer, and a polypropylene layer having twice or more of thickness at the outside, and fluoridating the inner surface layer of the polyethylene layer. CONSTITUTION:This vessel has a 2-layer structure, its inner layer is formed of a polyethylene layer 1, and its outer layer is formed of a polypropylene layer 2. The thickness of the layer 1 is set to 0.0127-0.254mm, and the inner surface 2a is fluoridated with reactive fluorine. The thickness of the layer 2 is set to twice or more of the thickness of the layer 1. This vessel is obtained by simultaneously extruding thermoplastic polyethylene and thermoplastic polypropylene to form, for example, a bottomed cylindrical preform (parison) 3 of a 2-layer structure, blow-molding, and thermally molding it in a desired vessel shape. |
