PURPOSE:To prevent a housing from being adversely affected by the overflown water at the upper edge of a floor pan or stagnation in the neighborhood of a bottom surface member by installing a hot/cold water mixing apparatus and its associate pipings, etc., outside of the bathroom, and arranging a water feeding path for returning the bled water back into the bathroom at the lower part of a wall surface member which partitions the bathroom. CONSTITUTION:A hot/cold water mixing apparatus 1 for hot water showering, a water bleeding plug 2, and associate pipings, etc., 3 are installed outside of a bathroom 4, and its inside and outside is partitioned by a wall surface member 5, ceiling 6, door 7, floor pan 8, and inspection lid 9. As a water receptacle, the upper part of the floor pan 8 is extended to the lower parts of the hot/cold water mixing apparatus 1, water bleeding plug 2, and associate pipings, etc., 3, and a water feeding hole 10 is provided between the upper part of the floor pan 8 and a part of the bottom of the wall surface member 5. This water feeding hole 10 is fitted with a counterflow checking device 12 which admits suction of the air from outside the bathroom but not air flow from inside to outside, or otherwise with a trap mechanism 13 which admits passage of water but not the flowing through of the air, so as to return the bled water produced outside the bathroom back into the bathroom and also to prevent moisture from movement to outside the bathroom. Air is sucked through the water feeding hole 10 and exhaust through a ventilator fan 11, and thereby the house is precluded from being adversely affected by erosion and/or fungus originating from the stagnating water in the neighborhood of the bottom surface member. |
