PURPOSE:To reduce the number of times of position registration attended with the movement of a mobile equipment by placing a simultaneous call request function or a call function to plural mobile communication exchange stations in a position registration area of a mobile equipment to a mobile communication relay exchange station. CONSTITUTION:Position registration is implemented when a mobile equipment 11 exists under the control of a radio base station 1, and an identification code of a position registration area 23 in which the mobile equipment 11 exists is registered to a home memory station 10. When the mobile equipment 11 moves under the control of a radio base station 3 included in a control area 22, since the mobile equipment 11 exists in the position registration area 23 at position registration, new position registration is not implemented. When an incoming call comes from other network to the mobile equipment 11, a mobile communication relay exchange station 7 sends a general calling instruction to mobile communication exchanges 5, 6 controlling control areas 21, 22 included in an in-zone position registration area 23 of the mobile equipment via a common line network 20 respectively.
