<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a thin film from generating with vertical wrinkle, etc., at the time of adhering the film on a substrate by providing a movable guide roller and a swing roller. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a movable guide roller 101 for guiding to support a laminate film are supported to one end of a movable guide roller supporting arm 102. The film may be extended laterally on the surface of the roller 101 by the rotation of the roller 101. In order to eliminate vertical wrinkle, a tape 101A having suitable frictional resistance is wound. Both ends of a separate roller 108 is attached to the intermediate position of a swing roller supporting arm 110. One end of the arm 110 is towed by a spring 111 near a rotation transmission bar 104 of the arm 101 and rotated together with the roller 108 with a bearing 109 as a fulcrum. Thus, it can prevent the supplied laminate film from forming with vertical wrinkle, or slacking.</p> |
