<p>PURPOSE:To automatize winding work by fixing an end section of a preformed rod group to the surface of a cable with a clamp mechanism and by rotating to wind the other end around the cable. CONSTITUTION:End section fixing metal fittings 2 of a preformed rod group 1 are installed to a gripper 18 of a clamp mechanism 8 for the rod group on the ground. The face end side of the preformed rod group 1 is inserted into each rod inserting hole of both rotating panels 12A and 12B dividing the rod into one or several pieces. A winding device 4 is installed to a cable 3, where a runner 7 is caused to travel by remote operation from the ground and to stop at a target position. The end section fixing metal fittings 2 are fixed to the cable 3 with both clamp mechanism 8 and 13 of a winder 5, and fixing plates 15 of supporting metal fittings 10A and 10B are fixed close to both ends within the winding range of the preformed rod group. When a driver section 19 of a winding mechanism 9 is driven, a frame body 11 and rotating panels 12A and 12B are rotated and the preformed rod group 1 is wound around the cable 3.</p> |
