<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compact and thin information processor at a low cost by pushing simultaneously plural specific general-purpose keys on a keyboard to change the CPU clock. CONSTITUTION:When a control key, a graph key, and a C key are simultaneously pushed on a keyboard 1, this fact is detected by a hardware interruption process routine which is carried out by the keyboard 1. Then the CPU clock is changed with a writing operation given to an I/O boat. Thus it is possible to change the CPU clock without releasing a hand from the keyboard 1 even in an input operation state and therefore to improve the operability. At the same time, the production cost is reduced since no special hardware switch is required. Then the thickness of a main body can be reduced. Thus a compact and light-weight information processor is obtained.</p> |
