PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cold draft and charging air automatically while the pressures in the inside and outside of a room is being balanced by installing an air charging member consisting of the outside and inside air duct at an opening part of a wall, and dust collector and a control means dispersing an air charging velocity and direction corresponding to an air charging hole at the side of the air charging member. CONSTITUTION:When a fan, etc., are operated for a long time and the pressure in a room becomes negative, the outer air flows in from an intake 17 for the outer air and flows into the outside air duct part 19 through an air flow passage 14 and a shutter 25 is pushed by the wind pressure of charged air to open in a C direction. By this opening, air passing through the inside air duct part 21 and a filter 31 is dispersed from an air charging hole 33 and fed into a room. Here, air passes through the filter 31 as a control means, however, in case of strong wind velocity an air charging velocity is controlled by the filter 31 and air is dispersed in the circumferential direction of a decorative panel 29 to reduce cold draft. Next, at the stop time of air charging the panel 29 is rotated and jointed to an inner wall 12 to stop air charging and the amount of air charging is controlled in adjusting the interval of an air charging hole 33 after the panel 29 is rotated in the other direction. |
