PURPOSE:To reduce the force required to slit a seal member and to reduce the quantity of toner discharged to the outside by slitting the seal member with a narrow linear or band-shaped seal cutting member. CONSTITUTION:An open close shutter member 3 for partitioning into a developing part 2a and a toner storage part 2b, a seal member 11 adhered to the shutter member 3 and a wall 10 forming the toner storage part 2b, and a narrow linear or band-shaped seal cutting member 12 which is provided on the boundary between the shutter member 3 and the wall 10 and cuts the seal member 11 with the tensile force from the external are provided. After the seal cutting member 12 is drawn to cut the seal member 11, the shutter member 3 is opened to mix the toner into the developing part 2a. Thus, the force to remove the seal member 11 is reduced, and soiling due to the toner at the time of removing the seal member 11 is prevented. |
