PURPOSE:To certainly prevent an article left behind by a method wherein a check signal is emitted when a preset check time coincides with the present time to detect whether an article to be handled is forgotten on a mounting stand as it is. CONSTITUTION:At first, when the present time is set to a clock part 11 by a present time setting operation part 13, a present time display part 12 digitally displays the present time hourly. When an arbitrary check time is set to a check time setting part 14 by a check time setting operation part 16, the check time is displayed on the display part 12 also used as a check time display part 15. When the present time reaches the check time, a comparing part 17 outputs an article-left-behind check signal P1. At this time, when an article W to be handled is placed on the lift member 3 in a mounting stand 2, a detection switch 20a is pressed down by the operating piece 3b of a member 3 to be turned ON and outputs an article-left-behind detection signal P2 and, therefore, an alarm control part 18 outputs an alarm signal P3 and an alarm is emitted from an alarm generating part 19 to make it possible to prevent an article left behind. |
