PURPOSE:To shorten the opening/closing action of a line and to shorten processing time at the time of transmitting data by collecting the records of a file to be transmitted into plural records so as to make them into one telegraphic message. CONSTITUTION:When a start request is outputted from a job program 7, the name of the file and a record length in the file control record 4 in a file control information file 3 are identified. The records to be transmitted 2 are inputted for the number of data which the automatic calculation means 5 for storage data number in one telegraphic message calculates from the file to be transmitted 1 and they are batch-transmitted as transmission records 6 through the line after storage. Since the records of the file to be transmitted 1 are collected into plural records so as to make them into one telegraphic message the opening/closing time of the line can be reduced.
